These terms cover your use of the 2ndBrain website and waitlist while the product is pre-launch. They will be expanded before the app is available.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist expresses interest in 2ndBrain. It is not a purchase, a subscription, or a guarantee of access. We open seats gradually and may not be able to admit everyone at once.
Pre-launch status
2ndBrain is in active development and not yet available on the App Store. Features, pricing, and timing described on this site are directional and may change before launch.
Acceptable use
Please use this site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, abuse the waitlist form, or submit email addresses that aren't yours.
Intellectual property
The 2ndBrain name, wordmark, site design, and content are owned by us. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission.
No warranty
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site to the extent permitted by law.
Changes & contact
